As for tee sales, I'm pretty good when it comes to sitting down and doing designs, less so in terms of business... So no, I do OK but not enough to survive on my designs alone!
I'm an English teacher by day and a T-shirt designer by night: I'm like a really crap superhero.
Ah well, idk how good of platform DA is for any artist, it doesn't seem like you can reach a ton of people. Not many people seem to have as many success stories as other places, like etsy or something. Correct me if I'm talking out of my anus, lol.
